POSITION: We are looking for a driven Sales Representative / Appointment Setter to help our partner client increase their client meetings and drive sales. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is comfortable with cold calling, and has experience using lead generation tools.

WORKING HOURS: Monday - Friday, 9 AM - 6 PM Eastern Standard Time (ET)

SALARY RANGE: USD 720 - 960/month (Depending on candidate’s skill and experience; plus performance based inentives; bi-weekly payments)

OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE:

  • MUST have proven experience as a Sales Representative / Appointment Setter or similar roles.

  • Strong oral communication skills is a MUST.

  • MUST be committed to long-term employment and dedicated to contributing to the sustained success of the organization.

  • Is an excellent communicator with great command of the English language. Written and oral.

Duties and Responsibilities :

  • Key Responsibilities:

    • Source leads using Apollo, with additional tools like ZoomInfo and SalesLoft.

    • Conduct cold calls and appointment setting to generate the majority of meetings, with a target of 400 calls per week (80 calls per day), hitting 80% of this target.

    • Use LinkedIn and text campaigns for extra outreach to enhance lead generation efforts.

    • Follow well-documented scripts and sequences for outreach.

    • Find contact information through Apollo and initiate contact.

    • Focus on selling to existing customers' project teams, with 75% of meetings in the past 3 months coming from these efforts.

    • Meeting weekly targets/quotas.

    • Ensure that software is implemented at the start of the building project, understanding the importance of timing.

    • Work closely with the sales team, including four full-time sales reps and a senior leader.

    • Generate leads independently, contributing to team goals.

    • Maintain detailed records of interactions and follow-up activities in CRM systems.

Qualifications :

  • The individual contractor must possess and have readily available all necessary equipment required to accomplish the tasks and responsibilities effectively. (i.e. computer, stable internet connectivity, and any specialized tools required to perform the task)

  • Proven experience as a Sales Representative / Appointment Setter, or in any related field.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

  • Strong initiative and the ability to start and complete tasks independently.

  • Excellent oral and written English communication skills.

  • Proficiency in lead generation, lead nurturing, and research.

  • Familiarity with CRM software and experience with data entry and maintenance.

  • Comfortable managing virtual meetings and providing technical support for video conferencing platforms.
