POSITION: We are seeking a creative and motivated Social Media Manager / Content Creator with a passion for developing engaging short-form content and managing our client’s social media platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of social media trends, experience in creating and managing content calendars, and the ability to produce eye-catching templates for team use. If you have a proven track record of growing accounts, and an interest in real estate, this role is perfect for you.

WORKING HOURS: Monday - Friday, 9 AM - 6 PM Eastern Standard Time

SALARY RANGE: USD 800 - 1,100/month (Depending on candidate’s skill and experience; bi-weekly payments)

  • Excellent content creation skills, with a focus on short-form content. Ability to design visually appealing templates for social media posts.

  • Strong analytical skills and experience with social media analytics tools.

  • Basic knowledge of SEO and experience with blog writing.

Duties and Responsibilities :

  • Create engaging organic short-form content for various social media platforms (Facebook and Instagram).

  • Stay updated with current social media trends and leverage them to create relevant content.

  • Develop and manage a comprehensive social media calendar.

  • Oversee and manage all social media platforms, including Facebook and Instagram.

  • Design and create templates for team members to use for posts such as "Just Sold" and "New Listing" announcements.

  • Produce weekly analytics and insight reports to track social media performance and provide recommendations for improvement.

  • Write and publish SEO-friendly blog content for the company website during downtime.

  • The individual contractor must possess and have readily available all necessary equipment required to accomplish the tasks and responsibilities effectively. (i.e. computer, stable internet connectivity, and any specialized tools required to perform the task)

  • Proven track record of growing social media accounts. (i.e. for influencers accounts) Preferred but not required.

  • Experience in the real estate industry or with real estate teams (preferred but not required).

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

  • Strong initiative and the ability to start and complete tasks independently.

  • Excellent oral and written English communication skills.
